Rockstar puts you in this amazing city but gives you limited freedom to interact with it. Sure you can go run around shooting people and run from the cops but how does that affect Liberty City? they sent a message over live if you were quailified to recieve the discount to head over to xbox.com/storage and they also sent an email to the email linked to your gold account. I think you need to have a gold membership and either a arcade or core to be eligible to get the discounted hard-drive im not sure about silver membership so dont qoute me on that....

I think with the globalization of news and the instant access brought by the internet i dont think it matters. If your in the know and you care about halo then your going to find out about this information regardless of where its at. Most casual gamers have no clue what E3 is and probably wont bother downloading the expansion just like how they will take a pass on the legendary maps. I dont mean to belittle people because im sure many of you know this but pirating on the 360 isnt as easy as burning a DVD and putting in your xbox. It takes a hardware mod, which requires a good amount of technical know how. most 360 games even with bogus files removed are still a solid 5.5-6.0 gigs im assuming.
